Chris Higa was born and raised in San Diego, California. At the age of 17, he moved to Arizona with his family. Sophomore year of High School he joined the High School Yearbook beginning a passion for photography capturing candid photos of students for the Yearbook, later discovering SkillsUSA a career and technical organization bringing some of the best in class members enrolled in trade, technical, and skilled services. Chris got to participate in the Regional Photography competition. Later on discovering video production during SkillsUSA. Junior year Chris began videoing the High School sports featuring the football teams, volleyball, and many more sports. Catching the attention of many students and parents across social media. Senior year he competed in Regional, and State competition for photography. After graduation he continued his passion for video production creating a brand on Social Media creating product brand videos, and travel content. Mid 2017 Chris joined TV2 as a video editor and control technician. Over the years growing up the chain now producing Take 2 The Morning Show, Tri-State on Patrol and many more specials. Since he's worked at TV2 he's also grown an audience over social media on Instagram and Snapchat creating travel content and augmented reality camera effects.
