Jim Chaney
Born and raised in Southern California with a love for radio, I made my way to Bullhead City by way of Iowa and Illinois.
In those places I worked with some very talented people and did my best to learn from the best.
I've been a "Radio Account Executive" (that means salesman) who always wrote and produced his own commercials, On Air Personality and fill in newsman. I was your holiday guy. You need a cute elf, a disgruntled shop worker elf, Santa, leprechaun, Easter Bunny, Dracula etc. I was your guy. Now that I am older, I do some voice over work with very dark evil voices. In the last couple of years I am happy to report my voice has matured and in video games, been the voice of Hades, Satin and The Devil. Don't worry its just voice acting.
Thru the years I have always worked in the entertainment and hospitality industries.
For three and a half years I drove the train on The Mine Ride at Knott's Berry Farm.
I've always loved the beach and The River. Bullhead City has been my home since approximately June 14th, 1989 at 4:45 PM.
So, many cars, trucks, radio stations and a couple of casinos later here I am ready for a new challenge in a new position and medium. "I think the truth is I was never meant to be the lead guy. I was meant to be "The Sidekick". This is a new experiment and challenge that I am eagerly looking forward to tackling.
